It’s finally here! Tomorrow we’re headed to Detroit for DevOpsDays. Not only are we proud to be a Gold Sponsor, but two of our software engineers are presenting.
In his presentation Beginner’s Guide to Data Analytics, Senior Software Engineer David Barnett will share his adventures in data analysis with Amazon Web Services (AWS). His talk, which is intended for beginner to intermediate experience levels, will focus on the task of analyzing web logs to solve a real-world business case: Who is visiting my site, and what are they up to? David will introduce attendees to the tools available for data ingress, data integration and data analysis. He’ll be speaking Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 11:30.
Later that afternoon, Software Engineer Tanya Atanasova will give an Ignite talk on Women in Technology. Tanya will explore the value women bring to IT, and the challenges that prevent more girls and women from pursuing STEM disciplines. She’ll also offer some tips for encouraging young women to pursue these careers and resources to help.
In between these great presentations we encourage you to come visit us at our booth. We’d love to hear what projects you’re working on and the challenges you’re encountering, particularly as they relate to DevOps. RightBrain has operated as a DevOps organization since our launch in 2009, so we’re big proponents. It’s helped us accelerate development times and deliver high-quality code. If you’d like to learn more, stop by and ask! We hope to see you in Detroit!
